Flexible timings, good projects, benefits like phone and broadband reimbursement, bring your own device policy, work from home as and when required. Pay is also good if you negotiate properly when you join.
Cons
HR, god knows where is that department. Only available through tickets for any small query. Vendor appeasement most of the time.
