Pros

The building is lovely, and the people are amazing.

Cons

There seems to be no consistency across the whole group in regards to pay and terms and conditions Looking at my role and I'm certain this is similar with others. Some Personal Assistants come under BTs Team member umbrella - meaning lower pay, approx 1% annual pay rise. No bonus, less benefits, less annual. However all staff no matter their grade are expected to be in the office 3 days a week. Which is checked and reported on via security passes. There are also very limited or no opportunities for promotion. Other PAs are on a completely different pay & terms and conditions structure, get more leave, better benefits and an annual bonus. No one in HR seems to know why this is the case. Even length of service doesn't seem to be a reason. It basically means you can be working with & doing the same job as a colleague who is on 10k more than you a year and who also gets an annual bonus. I'm really not sure how a company as large as BT can this is an acceptable way to employ people.
