      - Average pay and benefits package - Modern Tech Stack

      Cons

      - Hybrid working is enforced even though most teams are split between different offices in UK and India. - All engineering work is currently outsourced offshore where the skill level is very low. - Spend most of the time helping offshore colleagues do basic work and fixing their technical debt. - No sense of community due to teams being spread over UK and India.

      Pros

      Benefits are better than most US companies. You get twice or triple the numbers of days off per year.

      Cons

      Focus is more on originating company location for group events and emails. Due to time zone differences, it can be difficult to work with others without adjusting your schedule. It is difficult to get promoted outside originating country. Roles are few and far between in the US.
