Cons
-No support from teammates or TL until you are bootlicking the TL. They harass upto the level that you become suicidal. -They make you work for 16-17 hours on a regular monthly salary without overtime compensation. -Mental harassment is not addressed by anyone in the hierarchy. - High work load with low salary & minimal increment.
