      Unrealistic expectations, techs expected to care about company earnings but I received no profit share so there was 0 incentives to go above and beyond yet they expected it

      can learn alot with experience from all different types of equipment. good entry level it gig for resume

      lots of work politics, favoritism, low pay. would not recommend staying more than 6 months to a year
