Pros
1. Structured Company and Everything goes by SOP. 2. High retention rate and a lot of employees having long service period (10/15/20 years) 3. Good WPPF profit shares for employees.
Cons
1. Basic Salary % is very low. 2. Promotion policy and scope of career is very limited beacuse high retention rate in mid level to top level. 3. Structured learning and development opportunity is quite low. Trainings are not sufficient for all roles to develop within. 4. Exposure to different work activities even within the same function is very limited. Everyone has to do a specific defined work, less scope to involve and learn the different work area of same department.
