      Work culture is friendly and respectful. One can gain ample amount of knowledge from office colleagues.

      Cons

      Poor business management by head of the group here in Kolkata. Excessive work pressure and practically there is no leave on saturday and sunday. The employee needs to work on laptop even on weekends.
