Zero empathy or respect for employees. Toxic corporate culture, bullying and gossip. Mediocre employees that get away with doing nothing while hard workers are belittled. Outdated systems and processes, nothing works the way it should. One person has the role of 5 and is expected to take on additional work from other departments. "HR" representative wildly inappropriate and contributes to toxic working environment actively. Inappropriate comments are made in the office by team leaders almost every hour. Uncomfortable working conditions in the office with the higher ups strategically placed in glass offices around lower level employees for optimal intimidation and watching. Problematic privacy process for consumers and questionable marketing tactics.

Good place to work, grew a lot there. Good leadership in IT.

A bit of in fighting between other departments which is distracting.
