Pay - Technician BSN Security Employee Review

I have worked at BSN Security for over a year now. I came in not knowing a whole lot about this type of business but they have provided me with many opportunities to expand my knowledge and it has benefited me very well. They have high expectations but reap rewards when those expectations are met. They instill confidence in you so you feel good about the job you are doing. Lastly, this company works together as a team and I think I appreciate that the most as one person is no better than the next. Good sense of humor and great environment to be apart of.

The only real cons I have with the company is you do a lot of driving around and its hot out especially during the summer. But its Arizona what did you expect!!!

A good learning opportunity and great professionalism. Be prepared to work hard and to have a huge work load. If you are looking to work a lot of hours and get a decent paycheck than this is a good fit for you. Not recommended if your going to school as this job comes with quite a bit of stress.

Too many chiefs and not enough Indians. They have a huge turn over in their positions. The managing is alright instead of solving problems right away they tend to hunt for a person to blame instead of working as a team to correct their problems. Be prepared to dedicate most of your time to this job as they don't give you much time off.
