Pros
BSK is a very hands on company and strongly encourages a fun and family like atmostphere. They offer okay benefits. Medical, dental, vision, 401k and ESOP (employee owned). They work around your schedule. Open to hearing ideas to better services and work atmosphere.
Cons
Have had a few large spans of downsizing, including some seriously long time vested employees. They show extreme favoritism to a handfull of employees.There is not conflict resolution. Conflict is grossly ignored as well as Bad work ethics of coworkers from managment to lower employees. Under the newly returned CFO they have become heartless. Pay is not great.
