Pros
You can pick the hours you want, if the hours are available.) Work from home call center. Nice not to have to go to a brick and mortar business.
Cons
Minimum hours are required, but hours not always available. You are required to work the hours you choose, but you can be asked to "log off" the call system if there is not enough calls coming through. I prefer to work if I have been required to be available for them. Be "available" but clock out early doesn't work for me. As a call center rep you could not work too many hours so the company would not be required to provide insurance/benefits.
