The work environment is innovative and progressive. The owner and management is supportive in every way. I learned and grew as an individual at this company.

They do not have offices spread through out the nation.

Reasonable time off for vacations and holidays.

First of all, there are known to do the bait and switch, so be sure to get your offer IN WRITING because they often change things as they see fit for them, and then deny ever offering something. Company is stuck in a time warp and lacks innovation. Unwilling to invest into new technologies and also unwilling to invest in education for employees to be more productive. Nepotism runs rampant and they are unwilling to see the lack of employee satisfaction. They only promote those that are in their favor and good graces, and rules only apply to those that are not one the favorites.
