Pros
Some staff have excellent qualifications and are fantastic at their work. They often represent the company in the best light and get results for their clients.
Cons
Management will only promote you to senior positions if you are Caucasian. They also will turn a blind eye on staff who sleep with clients or get so drunk that they cannot show up for work the next day. They have a tendency to hire employee's spouses who are out of work and will make up projects in order to do so. Their salaries are not particularly competitive or based on merit.
