      Pros

      BRYTER understood that people are people, not just employees. People were trusted to do their jobs, while having the flexibility to be people with their own lives. I was sad to have to leave.

      Cons

      No real downsides, except for being made redundant.

      Pros

      Amazing team and leadership. Pay and benefits are top tier. Lots of excitement in the startup world!

      Cons

      Enablement, onboarding, and overall structure is still “under construction” but you’re gonna see that at any startup, so not a true con if you’re informed on what you’re getting into. Be a self starter and have some experience as an SDR, you should thrive there.
