learning encouraged, great direct manager. exceptional gifted colleagues. Exposed to new technologies.
Cons
Sales totally ridiculous; all the time all the blame goes to technical department, and all the glory to the sales (witch are basically not able to sell anything but heavy discounted boxes from the suppliers. If applied, "Sell me this pen" basic test will have the result of sale guys buying ten boxes of pens from the customer. Salaries are a joke compared to the market. HR missing completely (do a HR exist?) Top management surfing the clouds of 20 years of self sufficiency.
