Great young team that is not only working as one piece, but also shows second to none professionalism when consulting our customers. We don't have managers... we have leaders and coaches. They can motivate and inspire us to develop a variety of both technical and soft skills. Everyone is given a chance to improve and exceeds his or hers qualities. The working atmosphere is a great one that no matter what issues we need to deal with - there is always time for a calm and fun to approach them. The strange thing about the team is that we also love to spend the after working hours and weekends together - hiking, playing football, going to quiz or simply having a beer in the park. Bright is not a place that one simply goes to take the paycheck and nothing else - we are family, Bright is our second home.
