The team is made up of fine artists with interests and experiences beyond brand development, design, animation, and photography. Things like woodworking, jewelry making, ceramics, etc. And everyone is so kind and willing to share their knowledge. Management works hard to make sure everyone is supported through comprehensive health benefits, matched retirement plans, and competitive salaries.

The company is a hybrid company that requires 2 days in the office. Most meetings are online.

At BRIGADE I have built upon my existing skills and had many opportunities to build new ones in areas of interest. The work is exciting, varied, challenging, and always changing. It is impossible to be bored at work and all the people on the team are talented and fun. The leadership is very caring and thoughtful. You never feel like a cog in the machine. Also, the client list is excellent and always growing!

There has been swift growth over the last several years and it always takes a while for the agency to adjust to the shifts. So, while it does take an adaptable personality to ride through the changes, it is very rewarding when the hard work pays off. There aren't clear paths to senior positions yet but they are evolving.
