      The staff is amazing and dedicated. Super mission focused with a lot of commitment.

      Cons

      Leadership is very disconnected from the staff and seems perpetually out of the loop. There is also no other for internal advancement unless you make friends with the president.

      Pros

      Everyone I worked with was welcoming and answered any question I had. This was the first job I ever had and they were open with what I could improve on while encouraging me to keep doing my best. It sounds so sunshine and rainbows but it was truly an amazing experience.

      Cons

      Working during BRIC Celebrate Brooklyn can be overwhelming. It's a lot happening at once and can feel like chaos. Don't be afraid to ask questions or ask for help.
