The worst company I've ever worked - Anonymous employee BRF Employee Review

BRF is a very disorganized company. No one is responsible for anything. To solve a small problem, you need to talk to about 20 people, because the processes do not have a responsible person. The tools of work are outdated and the home-office ends up being hampered by the fact that the computers are desktop. When it comes to communication in team, the contact of the internal team with the external one is almost zero, being quite impersonal the work relationships. Anyway, I would not recommend it to anyone.
