      * Nice colleagues * Company seems to care about employees

      Cons

      * 2 companies in 1, thanks to a split in 2024-2025 * No directions, no structure, chaos everywhere, no career outlook. * health and safety hasards on main Watford site * Live on the ashes of 1970 * obsolete equipments, knowledge gone * Managers think you will stay at BRE for all the rest of your life, with no contingency to hire new talents. * Low salary (15k-20k below the market) * Expect Asbestos everywhere

      Friendly and approachable team. Good opportunities for professional development and progression within BRE. Good work-life balance. Inclusive and diverse workplace culture.
