Human Resources really seems to care about the employees and takes the time to make sure new hires understand all the positives the company has to offer. They do a great job explaining things and making sure you feel welcomed from the start. So far, my training has been excellent and very thorough. I feel comfortable asking any questions I have, and my team takes the time to answer them and make sure everything is clear. Overall, the onboarding and training process has been a very positive experience.

I want to share my experience with Brany's employment practices after being fired for having strong opinions. During my time there, I worked hard and try to maintain a positive attitude despite the negative environment. However, my termination wasn't due to my performance but rather because my opinions didn't match those of upper management. Brany's claims to value diversity and inclusion, but my dismissal contradicts this. Instead of embracing different viewpoints, Brany chose to silence dissent. This creates a culture of fear where employees feel they can't speak up without consequences. My firing raises concerns about Brany's commitment to fair labor practices. Every employee should be able to express themselves without fear of retaliation. By firing me for my opinions, Brany failed to uphold this basic right. In conclusion, my experience highlights Brany's issues with freedom of expression. Until they address these problems, it's hard to recommend them as an employer that truly values inclusivity and fairness.
