1. No value of employees - 1 CL only that too can't be carry forwarded to the next month. - NO PL. - NO sick leaves(They don't even accept medical certificates).You will be charged if you fall sick. In short it's on you.! - NO work from home. - Violation of ESI act. - Working hours:9:30-7... Lunch1-1:30 Refreshment: 5-5:10 - Can't use your earphones!!!! - Fake projects on website. -Working on even national holiday! 2. Worst management- - No proper distribution of projects. - Tremendous pressure results in frustrating environment. - Nobody praises or even acknowledge for no matter how hard you worked. - No events,no cafeteria,no fun at all. - It calls itself an MNC but still no power backup system is installed since 9 whole years.I have seen projects getting corrupted on sudden power failures which can never be recovered. 3. No hygiene - Workplace is a playfield for rodents and insects,washrooms stink,even no proper dusting of systems. - Even No guarantee that you will get safe drinking water.. I have seen cockroaches roaming all around the water cooler and R.O. Did complain but no action taken.
