Co-workers. Some management. Coffee in the mornings. PTO. Bonus. Insurance, but that's terribly high and not worth the money. Team appreciation was okay.

Management. Lack of acknowledgement/appreciation. Favoritism. Low pay. The gossip with upper management and within the company. The raises. Lunch breaks.
