Cons

Continuously begged me to work on Saturdays and Sundays at the last minute. Was working here 6 to 7 days a week with overtime everyday. My fingers were cracked and calloused. Said I was doing great for months. Said the product I made for them was the best it has ever been. Don't let this place fool you with them saying its a small company. Only means then can share more if they choose to. They are pulling in big profits from other MASSIVE COMPANIES. I asked for a raise since I noticed the work is worth way more then what they are offering or a PAPR helmet to breath better because employers should provide PPE. Wanting you in there everyday but not willing to invest in your health to make life easier for you is everything you need to know about this place. Asking for what you are worth is considered drama here in chain emails between the toxic managers. They will give you a run around on raises but have a meeting with 5 managers who are being paid well I assume about employee retention. I had a meeting where they pulled the we're a family card and 4 days later I was fired for being sick even though I had the sick days to cover it. 0 warning or reason. Run away

Pros

The people are great, teamwork and commitment to not only each other but to the customer. The Op Mgr. is excellent and really cares about the team, the department leads are great, the sales team can be a bit hard but they work hard to keep money flowing.

Cons

The owner CEO is horrible. Yelling at people in a group setting is not management it’s wrong. Blaming others for his mistakes and not taking accountability. Micromanaging everyone by making suggestions or recommendations is just his way of telling everyone what he wants you to do. Integrity? He has none. You never know what person will show up, the good CEO or the horrible CEO. Don’t work here, find a better place that will appreciate you and treat you fair with respect.
