      Quarterly and performance bonus for regular employees

      Cons

      Toxic work environment, salary increase were not given fairly, promotion takes so much time, efforts of good employees are not being recognize, tenured employees are not given importance, employee engagements like team building, company outings, etc were already removed, medical benefits are not good, and a whole lot more to mention.

      Pros

      The owner cares a great deal about her employees. The company has been around for over 60 years. Employees generally stay for a very long time.

      Cons

      The company has a very difficult-to-work-with client base. Most of which are in the car dealership industry. There is also some head-butting in leadership.
