Nothing really as a con. I just left for an executive position.

The owner cares a great deal about her employees. The company has been around for over 60 years. Employees generally stay for a very long time.

The company has a very difficult-to-work-with client base. Most of which are in the car dealership industry. There is also some head-butting in leadership.
