Pros
BPI employees for the most part have great energy great work culture and work hard to take care of their clientele the people that do the real work are passionate about IT and technology. One of the best opportunities you will get there is the hands on experience you will get while working here. If your passion is network administration, RMM software, routers, switches, and eventually firewalls this is a great place to learn and grow. Additionally IT site managers and the advanced services engineer really made working at BPI great.
Cons
Lack of communication from the CEO has been a major issue for me and many other employees. Ultimately the reason I left was due to what I felt was an unearned disciplinary action which I was given by a former IT site manager who is no longer at the company. Additionally BPIs wages especially in the current market are pretty lack luster.
