Great people, working towards a good cause, excellent reputation, very active and approachable CEO. Easy to swap between departments if you fancy a change of role
Cons
No progression, if you work for a standard department the directors don’t give you much attention unless they need something. Poor communication, changes are made and the vast majority of staff are not informed leading to confusion and mistakes. Awful pay
