Micromanagement at its finest. You’re literally being watched at all times, even working from home. No one actually values you unless you’re “higher up”. At entry level you’re just a number to them. It doesn’t matter how good you do, you won’t really get noticed any way. Pay is low and staff turnover high. No benefits whatsoever.
