Pros
This company has the nicest people that actually lives by it's values. Pay is good, it's a fun environment, and the people, managers, and senior leadership care about their employees. There is a pretty good work life balance and there are hybrid or remote work options.
Cons
It is an expanding company- which is really good- but there can be work load strains until positions are filled. That being said, growing companies leave room for advancement in the company.
