Pros

Good colleagues and good teammates

Cons

To everyone that is reading this, my sincere advice to you - PLEASE TRUST THE REVIEWS! I used to be so naive not to trust the reviews online and I joined this company. Ended up suffered. 1. Increase target. I understand that management will periodically increase sales target, but this management only increase target for previous month. Means that we've achieved for past month, and they said increase target therefore the previous month we did not achieve the sales target and no sales reward entitled. Just wow. 2. Can you believe we don't even have toilet paper and hand wash in the toilet? And no stationeries, no insurance for staff. Medical leave - you will need to get from BP clinic itself (this is fine), but need to get daily even if you are very sick. Imagine you can hardly walk and yet you still need to go to the same doctor 2 days continuously and there will be no medication given despite they have stock in the office. 3. Management said - Working 24/7 is our culture. Well, during Covid time we have Covid chain in the office, employees infected with Covid one by one, but company doesn't allow work from home. They said they don't believe in work from home (Oh ya but you're expected to reply them ON THE SPOT during weekends) 4. Promised us 1-3 months bonus yet we only got half a month. 5. No training given, expect you to know everything on day 1 6. I can understand that annual leave cannot bring forward, but at the same time we are not allowed to take leave in December. So basically we will burn that 1 day annual leave. Annual leave is just to fulfil labor law. Even after we apply annual leave, it will not be approved. So it's useless to have annual leave in our offer letter. 7. Asking for meeting on Saturday without any guilty - our working days are Mondays - Fridays 8. The management doesn't care about the high turnover rate. Their motto : There are many people out there looking for job, if you are not happy then just leave. 9. Retrench employees in 24hours notice - The reason is to cut budget. They will transfer you from KL to Cambodia, expecting you to say no then resign on your own, so they do not need to pay you compensation. When you agreed to go, they are unable to process the flight though. 10. Management that said going to Umrah is useless. So you'll know how "considerate" the management is.

Pros

Honestly and sincerely nothing great at all to say about this company.

Cons

No epf/socso/income tax payment You will end up paying a heavy tax from your pocket by the time of assessment. Take it as locum job as you will be only paid on the days you work. Expect that You can be terminated/relocated to other state the next day or less than 24 hours. No job security zero staff benefit. No progress of career. Day in and out the same thing. Expect to work at least 5.5 days a week including public holidays Bosses and the chronic chief medical officer in klang valley favour favoritism and pro of their race. No professionalism. You can get yelled and scolded by the owner in front of everyone on his moody days. Management sucks big time. You will find yourself lost when talking to HR or account as the management doesn't know their job scope.

Pros

Colleagues are helpful since we're all just surviving here.. literally on survival mode everyday.

Cons

Too many to list down. Annual leave is only there for you to see & view. They won't approve your leaves and your salary gets deducted. They require that only MCs from BP outlets are accepted but once you give them the proof, they'll send you a warning letter instead. Management removed everyone in HR and the head of Accounting is now doing HR work. Management made a Malaysia detour to interview every staff in every outlet. They check your 'leave pattern' but didn't bother to check if your offer letter work arrangement is either 'Mon-Sat' or 'Mon-Fri'. If your work arrangement is 'Mon-Fri' then too bad, that means they'll count your weekends (SAT & SUN) as your rest day and will mock you for taking too many leaves. If you're interested to find out how a company can operate without a HR department, feel free to join them. OTs are not being paid but a minute you're late, your salary gets deducted + a penalty fee of rm50 each time. You're expected to accept all the changes made like restructuring (which happens too often) within 24 hours, Even if you didn't agree to anything, they'll state something like 'if no responses are received within 24 hours, it means you accepted it.' in memos.. If you like to take selfies, you would surely like working here because you're expected to send 'wefie' every morning as proof that you're working. Fun.
