Culture of fear - The business is run using a culture of fear. If sprint reviews don’t go well, your job is on the line. HR - Go off the whims of the managing director and do not follow professional procedures. Employed as she was friends with the MD. Management - Unable to challenge senior leaders as their card will then be marked. A full department had no other choice then to leave after this happened. (Experimentation)
