B Corp but needs a lot of work - Influence Manager BORN SOCIAL Employee Review

I have just finished up a 3 month SMM FTC with Born Social am genuinely a bit sad to leave! I was really impressed with the strong, collaborative work-culture & even though I worked remotely, I felt part of the team & fully supported from day one. My experience was made even better by reporting in to Zoe who's a healthy mix of patient, uplifting & professional. The agency adopts clear processes & I learned a lot around brand building, stategy & creative, particularly when working with new accounts. Born's client list is top notch. Before the FTC I contracted as a "Croudie" for 2.5 years whilst living in Europe & travelling India. I loved seeing how the moving parts come together to work fluidly as one. Highly recommend the Croud Network to anyone who wants to work ad-hoc or remotely.

If I were to be very critical it the workflow could be low / high, but fully appreciate this is the nature of agency. Born managed resource allocation well via their professional services automation platform.
