Pros
Head office training was thorough and a nice environment. Initial training experience was great!
Cons
Once in the branch it was far less supportive, franchise owners can set their own wages so was paid far less than working for a big 4 bank, unrealistic sales targets, dated software and the BOQ app would constantly go down leading to irate customers in branch. Incompetent bank.
