Pros

Great projects. Best of the industry even. The environment is mostly relaxed and has a fun atmosphere. GREAT creative directors. I’ve worked with almost all of them and while everyone has a different style, they’re all very talented and great at guiding / giving direction. Good benefits: health, dental, 401k They’re constantly trying to innovate and improve. Bottom line, BOND is competitive. This is why they get great projects and produce award winning work. With a competitive attitude comes some stress and pressure. To counter this, they have a pretty fun culture and organize a lot fun activities outside of work.

Cons

There are tense moments here and there. The job can be high stress and you can expect some late hours, but no more than any other agency of this caliber.

Cons

No one likes last-minute changes, but they happen.

Pros

Great team members to work with, incredible breadth of jobs and high profile projects to work on.

Cons

Staff are hilariously underpaid and the company maintains a "campus" of five buildings in the middle of Hollywood - and only one of them is fully occupied. One is empty and the rest have a skeleton crew of staff at any given day. Management is also incredibly out of touch with the needs of the staff and think that morale bandages like pastries in the morning and food trucks help, instead of paying their staff what they deserve.
