1. Amazing Team Chemistry During my job-hunting days, I did a lot of research on Glassdoor and I found that reviews about this agency were consistently positive, which is rare along the landscape. While after half a year working here, I want to say they are all true, everyone is sincerely enjoying working here. 2. Efficient project management Working extra hours is epidemic among agencies. Sometimes it's not because you're "that busy" but the project management is not that efficient. But at BOLD, it's never the case. All projects are moving smoothly and everyone enjoys a work-life balance. 3. Data-oriented culture As a data scientist, your work is highly appreciated and valued in such a data-driven community.
Cons
For me there's nothing to complain. But if you happen to be the person who hate dogs, push-up challenges, office soccer break, writing birthday cards to your colleagues, self-made lunches, internal Fantasy Football league, Friday pizza & beers, race & ethnic diversity, then stay away from us.
