Pros

Working for the BOKF has good benefits, such as a 6% cashback for a 401k, 3 Weeks of vacation, and an expectation to work 40 hours a week with weekends off. It offers a hybrid work environment, with 1 to 2 days a week spent working from home. They are willing to take a chance to hire college graduates.

Cons

Three major cons to the job can make or break your ability to work there. - Detail orientation down to the last penny, and a little mistake can quickly snowball into a large one. - Little social interaction most of your time will be in front of the computer. - A lot of information. What makes the job difficult is the amount of information thrown your way. A person must be ready to take notes. The amount of assets and funds a person will juggle is crazy.

Pros

I honestly can’t say there are any pros.

Cons

Micromanaged. Disorganized. Windowless room. Not worth staying long term.
