Not really good with people who are heavier or older.

- was able to workout - made great friendships

- work was given often well outside job description - very low pay for job requirements - no commission offered for membership sales and retail for sales staff - no growth unless you are working for an owner who will open multiple studios - you are not valued and will be replaced instantly
