Good team with good people, nice colleagues and nice boss

Company still expanding, the current office might not be able to fit in too many people

None, environment is very toxic and political

Boss is a micromanager who expects you to respond late into the night (think 12-1am) and to work on public holidays and weekends at home Will tell you company is making a loss and thus cannot afford to pay your commission, bonus etc when in actual fact that the boss claims his personal and family's expenses as director expenses, causing the tilt in P&L.
