Really really not a good place to be - Team Leader BOAL Group Employee Review

This is an extremely unsafe environment to work in although the health and safety team seem to take a blind eye to serious issues. An example of this would be the poor guy who works the “donkey”. The manager of the health and safety department is just a “wide boy” who manipulates and deflects the facts away from himself and takes zero ownership. How on earth they have not had a serious accident lately is beyond me As per previous posts HR is not good. They are constantly looking to blame and if possible sack anybody they can. No training and do not even try to engage with the shop floor Both of the above departments are power crazed and if they both left the place it would be a better place to be They have had a few good managers over recent years. But they never stop !! Previous reviews are written by HR so beware and proceed with a great deal of caution. My advice is do not apply!! NO the MD really needs to get a hold of this and employ top notch people want to change the business for the better.
