Great benefits to all employees, health care is good and available to all employees as soon as they start... full vision, dental, health.
Cons
MASSIVE POST-MERGER CULTURE CLASHES AND TURF WARS (still). Rolling layoffs, poor compensation compared to the industry, management plays favorites big-time. Merit increases are 1-2% yearly. Bonuses were shrank/removed recently.
