Pros
Call centre culture has creeped into BNY Mellon India Ops. Was really a good company when I joined Initially. Also lack of growth with in the company. All your luck in the company actually depends on the AM and Ops manager you get. I later resigned only for the reason that my reporting manager only showed carrots and no actual growth. No work life balance if you working at a bottom level.
