      Big firm, variety of benefits, numerous office locations

      Cons

      Management with no clear direction or strategy. Cost cutting is number 1 here, not organic growth. Employees do not matter very much to them. Technology drives development, Product and business experts generally take back seat. Even when good strategies are defined, execution is always terrible due to mismanagement or office politics. Pay is terrible, and promotions are lacking.
