Stiffling bureaucracy. Continuous infighting. Uncooperative environment. My entire department was wiped out in a reorganization with no opportunity to retain any employees. Shared seating is another incredibly demoralizing factor, since only a handful of departments actually followed those rules while other teams openly refused to accept it. HR only gives lip service to diversity and veterans.
