Avoid this place - Anonymous employee BNY Employee Review

There's a big focus on centralizing technology in NYC. There's also a move to force all work from home employees back in the office. Layoffs are constant and secretive, even though there are plenty of open requisitions. It's a constant cycle of hire and fire. There is also rampant discrimination and setups for poor performance to justify letting individuals go. These guys have no values. I should've listened to the advice I received prior to joining BNYM. They have a bad reputation.
