Pros
Work life balance is good in certain areas. Direct management is quite good and supportive. Stock price has gone up. If you seek it, you can find good mentors and learn a lot.
Cons
Company has lost their focus on clients and employees. So sad to see long tenured people (mostly from Mellon) being pushed out. The culture has completely changed - departments have become completely fragmented with no cross ownership. The expense reductions have just shifted more and more work on fewer employees. New business has not been growing. Without improvement, existing business and employees will leave..
