Pros
-Great name - fancy building nice perks - Access to different areas of business - some great professional individuals to learn from
Cons
- Internal company red tape with procedures. - A lot could be automated Very manual and old school mindset. - No adequate training just thrown in the deep end and told to learn and if you don’t understand something it’s your fault, Although no proper training given. - If you get stuck with the wrong manager/team no new ideas will be heard. It’s either their way or it’s wrong and you’ll be shutdown and said you’re wrong if you try new ways. - The rotation scheme doesn’t give Graduates much option to pick where to go it’s all picked by the Seniors. Even after the 2 years the third year (full time) is picked by them so in total 3 years no control over your own career.
