      401k match, accessibility for transit stops near office.

      Cons

      Very toxic workspace, increasing micromanagement, slow rollbacks of benefits (401k match yearly instead of quarterly, RTO, work from anywhere being more strict/inflexible), lowest morale I've ever seen at a job, fake midyear/end year reviews.

      Pros

      Benefits are ok, sick and PTO time are good.

      Cons

      Got hired at a certain salary and was told that with all the OT I would be allowed, I would be at where I needed to be with my salary. 6 months in they took OT to a minimum. Promotions and raises are pretty much nonexistent. Everything is getting automated and/or being given to India. Hybrid but forced to be in office 4 days
