Decent pay, Great people, laid back environment, and great managers.

Pay could be better honestly.

Benefits are ok, sick and PTO time are good.

Got hired at a certain salary and was told that with all the OT I would be allowed, I would be at where I needed to be with my salary. 6 months in they took OT to a minimum. Promotions and raises are pretty much nonexistent. Everything is getting automated and/or being given to India. Hybrid but forced to be in office 4 days
