      Paid for overtime, travel time, cowerkers were kind and enjoyable to work with

      Cons

      No direct deposit for checks available, had to wake up before 5 am at times, got home at 6pm at times, can't maintain social life

      Pros

      BNL hires quality people, making for very capable and intelligent coworkers. Benefits are outstanding. I have a lot of autonomy in working with my client. Management really trusts employees to deliver quality work, and they reward it.

      Cons

      Members of management, while very nice and accessible people, do not manage overhead well. This can lead to shortfalls that wind up affecting projects. We've lost people on my project due to budget shortfalls that should not have happened.
